1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "uuvip," "we," "us," "our" refers to the uuvip online gaming platform operating the website at uuvip.org and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers an account with uuvip and accesses the platform's games, promotions, or payment services.
• "Account" refers to the individual player account created by completing the uuvip registration process at uuvip.org.
• "Platform" refers to all software, games, interfaces, tools, APIs, and digital services made available through uuvip.org.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player that have cleared all payment processing requirements and are available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits awarded by uuvip that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to Real Money Balance or withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process by which uuvip confirms a Player's identity, age, and residency before processing withdrawals.
• "GCash" and "Maya" refer to Philippine e-wallet payment services accepted by uuvip for deposits and withdrawals.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government regulatory body that governs the online gaming market within the Philippines.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing uuvip.org, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by uuvip, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the uuvip platform and close your account by contacting our support team at [email protected].

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by uuvip, including but not limited to slot games, live dealer tables, sports betting, bingo, online sabong, fishing games, and all future features added to the platform.

3. Eligibility Requirements

3.2 Residency & Geographic Restrictions

3.3 Legal Capacity

You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. If you are subject to a self-exclusion order, a court order, or any other legal restriction that prohibits you from engaging in gambling activities, you are not eligible to use the uuvip platform.

4. Account Registration & Verification

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active uuvip account. Opening duplicate, multiple, or joint accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

4.2 Accurate Information

When registering, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid mobile number linked to your GCash or Maya wallet. Providing false information constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.

4.3 KYC Verification

uuvip is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys ID, driver's license, or voter's ID)
• Proof of residential address (recent utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate dated within the last 90 days)
• A selfie photograph with your ID
• Proof of ownership of the GCash or Maya account used for deposits

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within 30 calendar days of the request may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your uuvip username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. uuvip strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in will be treated as having been authorized by you.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

uuvip currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online. Credit and debit cards bearing the Visa or Mastercard logos may also be accepted subject to availability and processing partner approvals.

5.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 via GCash or Maya
• Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon confirmation from the payment provider, typically within 10 seconds for GCash and Maya transactions
• uuvip does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges
• Deposits made using third-party accounts (accounts not registered in your name) are prohibited and may result in account suspension

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account used to make the most recent qualifying deposit
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 60 seconds for GCash and Maya; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1–3 business days
• uuvip may delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification or an ongoing security review
• All active bonus balances must have their wagering requirements fulfilled before a withdrawal request will be processed

6. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral rewards, and promotional credits offered by uuvip are subject to wagering requirements and specific promotion terms published at the time the offer is made. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and Conditions and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, all bonus funds awarded by uuvip are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount on eligible games before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering on certain game categories (including but not limited to live dealer tables, sports betting, and progressive jackpot slots) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

uuvip actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, low-risk hedging strategies designed to exploit bonus conditions, and coordinated play between linked accounts. Where bonus abuse is detected, uuvip reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the relevant accounts.

6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Bonuses

uuvip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring existing commitments to players who have already accepted and begun wagering on an active bonus.

7. Game Rules, Fairness & Technical Integrity

7.1 Random Number Generation

All slot games, virtual table games, and random outcome games on the uuvip platform use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). These RNGs are tested and certified by recognized third-party testing laboratories to ensure outcomes are statistically random and cannot be influenced by the platform operator or any player.

7.2 Return to Player (RTP)

Published RTP figures for each game represent the theoretical long-term statistical return to players and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes. Short-term results may deviate significantly from stated RTP percentages. RTP information is available in each game's information panel within the uuvip lobby.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or game interruption that affects the integrity of a wagering round, uuvip reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's Real Money Balance. Winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction are not valid and will not be honored.

7.4 Disconnections

uuvip is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnections, mobile network interruptions, or device failures on the player's side. Where technically feasible, game state is preserved server-side and the player may resume an interrupted game session upon reconnection.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the uuvip platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Opening more than one account for any purpose, including but not limited to claiming multiple welcome bonuses
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform on your behalf
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker, live dealer, or sports betting markets
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or pricing anomalies for financial gain — any such exploitation must be reported to support immediately
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or interfere with any part of the uuvip platform software
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behavior toward uuvip staff or other players via any communication channel
• Circumventing geographic restrictions using VPNs, proxies, or other IP-masking tools

9. Account Suspension, Closure & Termination

uuvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where uuvip reasonably believes that:

• A violation of these Terms and Conditions has occurred or is likely to occur
• The player has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8
• The account is associated with fraudulent payment activity
• KYC verification requirements have not been met within the required timeframe
• Continued account activity presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to uuvip

Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting uuvip support. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after deduction of applicable fees will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of KYC verification.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the uuvip platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, interface designs, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of uuvip or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the uuvip platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. This license does not permit copying, distributing, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any uuvip content.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by uuvip is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

uuvip collects personal data including but not limited to your name, contact details, date of birth, payment information, and gameplay data for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and platform improvement. uuvip does not sell player data to unaffiliated third parties.

12. Responsible Gaming

uuvip is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling-related harm among Filipino players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all players free of charge directly from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending
• Loss Limits: Define maximum loss thresholds per session, day, week, or month
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic alerts and optional forced logout after a defined play duration
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanently closing it
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the uuvip platform for a minimum period of 6 months

uuvip enforces the 21+ age restriction through KYC verification and actively cooperates with PAGCOR and relevant Philippine authorities on responsible gaming compliance initiatives.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, uuvip's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

uuvip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or damage to reputation, even if uuvip has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

uuvip does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and force majeure events (including natural disasters, civil unrest, telecommunications outages, and government actions) are outside uuvip's control and do not constitute grounds for compensation claims.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

15. Amendments to These Terms

uuvip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amended terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where the amendments are material, uuvip will endeavor to notify registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice within the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the uuvip platform after the publication of amended Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
